Registration information

To register for the III International InTeO Conference, please complete the pre-registration form before the deadline.

Below you will find a table with the available rates according to the registration category and registration period:

*It will be necessary to send a copy of the registration fee for the 2025/2026 academic year to after registration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and refunds:

Cancellations made until October 01, 2025: 90% refund.
Cancellations made between October 01 to November 15, 2025. 50% reimbursement.
Cancellations made after November 16 will not be refunded.

Note: If, due to force majeure, the organization has to cancel the conference, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded to all registered participants. The remaining 10% will be used to cover the costs of the organization itself.
